London sites bring their own challenges, and they are the main reason London prices sit above the surrounding counties. Congestion and parking restrictions slow deliveries and waste collections. Many sites need parking suspensions or loading arrangements agreed in advance. Working and delivery hours are often restricted, and labour rates are higher. We plan all of this into the survey and the quotation, so it is priced in from the start rather than discovered on site.

How it works
How Our Coverage Works
Wherever your site is, the process is the same: a free site survey, a fixed-price quotation for the agreed scope, CDM 2015 compliant working, and waste segregated and documented. What changes from place to place is the price and the paperwork.
Price. Location is one of the factors in every quotation. Central London sites usually cost more than sites in Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire or Kent, because of congestion, parking restrictions, restricted working hours and higher labour rates. Our price guide explains the full set of factors.
Planning. The authority that approves a demolition depends on where the site is: a London borough, a district or borough council, a unitary city council, or a National Park Authority. Each county page sets out who decides locally, and we confirm it for your site at the survey.
