How it fits together
How the Stages Fit Together
On a typical redevelopment, the services follow on from one another:
Enabling works
Set up the site, secure it and isolate the services. They often start first and run alongside the strip out.
Soft strip
Clears the building's interior back to shell and separates the recyclable materials.
Demolition
Takes down the structure in a planned sequence.
Site & waste clearance
Removes what is left and leaves the site level.
Groundworks & dig outs
Prepare the ground for the new build.
Each hand-over between contractors is a point where time can be lost and information can be missed: where the services were, what the ground is like, what has already been removed. Because we carry out soft strip, enabling works and clearance in-house and offer demolition, groundworks and operated plant too, the whole sequence can be planned as one programme, with one point of contact and one set of paperwork. You can use us for a single stage or for all of them. See our price guide for every service.
